We are very satisfied with the customization possibilities, with options that are both flexible and varied, perfectly meeting our needs. The "conditional logic" feature is particularly powerful and adds real value. We did encounter some difficulties when trying to include certain options in emails and invoices, but the support team was extremely responsive and dedicated. They were able to guide us effectively and provide all the solutions we needed. Many thanks for this high-quality support!
