Very slow to respond to inquiries (if it all) about issues. We've had on multiple occasions now, reviewers data (email) be leaked. Multiple customers report phishing where scammers think that they are the owner of our store. The first time it happened, they said it was an issue on their end that they resolved. It has since happened again, and upon outreach, they do not answer. Recently we had the customer review follow up email sent to us. Looks very different from the template that is provided and the testing on the app. It was embarrassing to see the issues with the review app email, displaying code to customers. When looking at the reviews on a phone from a customer lens, and it says "read more" with an option to click. The button does not work. Overall, we would strongly recommend a different review app. Regardless of the price tier, there really shouldn't be this many issues, nor data concerns from an app.

Really enjoy the review app. Looks very professional and neat on the website. You get the star, the review and option to leave a review with images. I changed themes and it was having an impact on how the app looks on mobile and the team resolved it efficiently and in a timely manner.

bis dato alles gut gelaufen. Eine Erinnerungsfunktion ein paar Tage nachdem die erste Einladung verschickt wurde wäre positiv. ansonsten passt aber alles.
