Wiremo is the bomb! This is a must have tool for any online business that is selling products or services. The automated process makes it a dream to use. In fact after the initial set-up I have nothing to do. I just sit back and watch the reviews roll in. As busy business owner I have no time to play around with complicated tools. It's so great to find such a simple and reliable tool. Oh and one last thing, customer support is AMAZING. I just had a question and I received a reply 'with a solution' is less than 2 minutes! Highly recommended!

If you care about the number of reviews you are receiving each week / month, choose Wiremo. We are seeing as much as a 5-10% review rate on purchases with our wiremo emails. We know from experience that this is a better-than-most review-rate, and we believe the Wiremo app achieves this by allowing our customers to review products directly within the email itself (versus having to click on a link to view their orders, select which product to review, etc etc). Wiremo makes it frictionless for our customers, and our belief is that this is necessary to get any significant percentage of customers to take the time to actually write a review.

I've been using wiremo for about a year now & it's fantastic. Easy implement, maintain & customize. I moved from Shopify to Squarespace & back to Shopify & moving the reviews around have been relatively easy. And customer service replies quickly & in great detail. Great app!
