Avoid this app if you're looking for a reliable sync between Shopify and WooCommerce. Unfortunately, choosing this app has been one of our biggest mistakes. We experience issues every single week, including major stock discrepancies between Shopify and WooCommerce, failed order synchronizations, and random errors that occur without any clear reason. These problems cost us many hours every week to investigate and resolve. Instead of saving time through automation, this app has created a significant amount of extra work and frustration for our team. Looking back, I genuinely wish we had chosen a different synchronization solution. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this app to businesses that rely on accurate inventory and order synchronization. We're in the process of moving away from this solution, and hopefully we won't need this app for much longer.

Great App for Sync two active stores. Only caveat is that it will not syncronize existing customers from WooCommerce or Existing orders. Only new orders and customers after installation.

This app firstly is fantastic. It allows me to work on a new platform and pull through on my older more established platform, this makes repetitive work a thing of the past. Nice and simple integration, could make linking unmatched products a little easier, but as long as SKU's match or importing products straight over works like a charm! Also the customer service is super helpful, Omar was proactive and very helpful and went out of his way to provide top tier service, very fast aswell!

This app is just what we are looking for, ticks all the boxes, reasonable price and the support to get set up and running is faultless. Arianne was so helpful, responsive, and patient with me, given the complexity and difficulty of the migration process I am trying to undertake (~20,000 products). She was happy to answer any questions I had, and if she wasn't sure, she referred my questions onto one of the development team to get back to me with an answer/solution. Generally speaking, this app delivers on what it advertises. I am still yet to have a completely successful integration, but this is not at the fault of QuickSync, and appears to be entirely at the fault of my hosting provider (Cloudways).
