Loaded the app but every time I hit a button to try to do something to see how it worked or looked, I got a message saying I needed to upgrade the plan. So I can't really take it for a test run. Guess I'll be removing it now and looking for another solution. -- Update: I couldn't even add a single testimonial manually. The only option I seemed to have was importing via csv file but even when I clicked that button it said I had to upgrade.

This app is meeting our needs for capturing leads and the best part, updating the slider we have embedded in our website. They include this with the free plan and for us small businesses that are just at the beginning stages of gathering reviews, it's a nice feature to have - again, on the FREE plan. Thank you!

The app works well. I wish there options to modify what your customers see when they are asked to write a review. I would like the option to modify the template (e.g. remove the request for pictures). Otherwise I am happy with the app.

So far so good. Ive been looking for a simple shop review app for ages as the product reviews get lost once an item sells out. The only single thing that needs improving is that new reviews should always be shown first. This app puts new reviews at the end of a carousel so potentially they never get seen. I wish we had the option to show NEW reviews first. Thanks ever so much.

This is an amazing app! I love how I have added my testimonials in an beautiful manner to my store. The customer service is AMAZING! I had some technical issues, and James answered all my questions, professionally, quickly, and he solved my problems himself. This is a great investment.
