It has a problem converting currency on a quote. I was on the Pro plan. It is supposed to stay in default currency of customer but doesn't and there is no spot to confirm currency before sending it out. We tried different switches where it was supposed to work, but it never did. It's very unfortunate we have lost money on orders and then had to go to customer to ask for the difference. I switched to "Quote Guru" much more efficient and user friendly app.

The app is great and has helped my customers feel a lot more comfortable in their decision making process. The support is good, but it does take some time to get issues resolved. Overall, the app is great though!

Should be 10 stars but there are only 5. WOW this is the app and this is the team to work with. Friendly, helpful, outstanding is how I would describe the team. I had some minor issues that needed looking into and the support team were all over it in very quick time. Very helpful setup for Australia where pdf docs are required for quotes for insurance and government. Clients can create a quote on the site in a few mins - giving you more time in the day to focus on the business.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I looked all over the internet, YouTube, and the Shopify App Store for an app that would dynamically make custom quotes using my Shopify store's products. I downloaded 3 apps, two of them only did invoices, so I deleted them. But this app, Quick Quote, was the only one providing the ability to make quotes from your Shopify products and provide a PROFESSIONAL PDF. When you get into serious business, clients want a professional PDF. This app provides that. On top of the great app and easy to use features, I wanted additional customizations to the PDF with my company logo and a few small edits. I decided to reach out to W3trends. Within a day, they got back to me and helped me with the customizations exactly tailored to what I had requested! They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I will be continuing to subscribe to their highest subscription tier as my company scales. Due to the ease of using the app, it makes it easier for me to train my future sales associates as well. I love how this app dynamically pulls data from my Shopify store, no more Google Drive or Microsoft applications or even an expensive software like Salesforce. They found a lifetime customer!! I have been using this App for many years and have been extremely pleased with it. I changed themes and it would not work with the new theme.
