I had tried for two days to get my reviews exported from another company without success. Matt was a blessing. He manually moved all of my reviews over for me so I wouldn't lose them. I very small business, trying to be seen every one of those reviews was important to me

This is a fairly straightforward way to integrate reviews on our Shopify store, especially because it integrates with Seguno eMail app, which makes it easy to request customer reviews through an email that looks and feels like all the other emails we send to our customers. We downloaded the app while it was still in beta, and setting things up required going back-and-forth a few times with Seguno Customer Support. The process wasn't quite intuitive, and that's why we give the app 4 stars instead of 5. It bears mentioning though that Seguno Customer Support is always very helpful and easy to work with. Another thing needing improvement is that the app allows anyone to leave a review as it doesn't have controls that would prevent those who have not made a purchase on our Shopify store from leaving a review. That is why one has to be very careful with settings for automatic posting of reviews as the only solution to this currently is to disable the automatic posting. For small shops like ours it's not such a big deal to go through all new reviews and verify that purchase was actually made before we approve the review to be published, but we can see where that can be a big problem for stores with higher sales volumes.

Seamless integration into my other Seguno apps and installation was a breeze. Tech support helped me with one user-error issue and was great to work with. I can't sing the praises of Seguno enough. A phenomenal suite of value-filled apps and top notch service. Couldn't be happier!

Love it! I was using the native Shopify Reviews app that is being retired and switched over to Seguno Product Reviews. They helped me migrate over my reviews and get everything set up, and I love the look and layout of the reviews on my product listings. I'd 100% recommend!

Was thrilled to see they released this when Shopify Reviews ended. Just like all Seguno's other products, this one is super easy to use, out of the box. Everything is self explanatory, and I feel confident in how it works. Ie, no lingering feeling of "I hope I did that right... " like with some other software.

The Reviews app from Seguno is what we've come to expect from the Seguno team — great design and functionality. The Seguno Product Reviews app is intuitive and easy to use. They've thoughtfully considered this app both from the end-user experience (customer-facing), as well as the from our perspective on the business side of things and what matters to us. This is the first time we've used a Reviews app, and one of our criteria was that we wanted to preview reviews before they're published. This wasn't a problem — and we have the option to automate publishing when or if we feel ready for that. We're a small business, so we like to take small steps when we're trying out something new. Reviews are a type of social marketing that will help our customers make smart purchasing decisions, and will provide us with valuable input about the products we're offering to our customers. Seguno has once again designed an app that's helping us grow our business.

Great app for reviews. Customer service is excellent, installation was simple, and customers can easily access the review feature. Our reviews are very noticeable and will undoubtedly increase our conversion rates. I'm grateful. Thank you!

The entire Seguno team has been wonderful during my 4+ years with them as my email service provider. Most recently Josh went above and beyond to help me get set up with the minimalist reviews package I wanted and I'm delighted with it! It's so rare these days who find people who are really invested in their product or service, but are also willing to listen and go the extra mile to ensure you get what you really want. Josh understood the modifications I was interested in and was soooo patient helping me achieve the result I wanted. I so grateful and would give 10 stars if I could! Now all I'm waiting for is for Seguone to develop a Rewards app too :)
