I installed the App and was extremely happy with how easy it was. The optimization took less then 30 second and the result are great. I have chrome development tool add on that show me the result. We installed the app over a week ago, and still has the message "We're going to add Alt-text to all 14996 of your product's images". We've spot checked a number of images and the Alt text has not been updated. I placed two support requests and have had no response, we're looking for an alternative solution.
