Very helpful app and very helpful customer service

Great app and helpful support. Lots of customisable features that enables you to upsell and add promotional content to anywhere within a page.

Needed an app that would display additional pricing for our wholesale items. I found this one and so far it has been great. A few minor things did not work right with my theme but I chatted with support and they got right on it and fixed all of the problems. The app works perfectly now!! I would highly recommend this app. We are really excited to use it beyond what we initially got it for as well for sales etc. It is super easy to set up and easy to use as well.

I found the badges to be user-friendly and even created two customized ones, which looked pretty cool. However, I encountered an issue with the theme when I noticed that the gaps between each line were larger than before. I wasn't sure why this was happening, but thankfully, the technical team was quick to assist me. Hai was particularly helpful in modifying everything according to my preferences and I'm grateful for his support. He made sure that every gap I wanted was made smaller. Don't be afraid to try this app. A backup theme would be beneficial. The support is reliable and fixes issues.

I am new to installing additional apps to my store. I have been searching for the right product labels and badges and finally tried Product Labels & Badges Shine. This app does what it is supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially with the service of the technical staffs. The help chat of this app is very helpful as it was replied quickly. I was having difficulty in running the app and Hai, the technical staff, responded to my chat. Hai was very helpful and patient to deal with me. He guided me through the steps to get up and running and answered all my questions. I believe this kind of quick service is most important to give customers a piece of mind. Although I have not ventured all other features of this app, I am confident that the technical staf will be there promptly to help.I will not hesitate to recommend this app to anyone.

I love this app, It has solved several issues for us in one cheap app. Very easy to set up, and the UX and design of the app is amazing. I needed to tweak a few things, but Kien was there out of hours on a weekend and customised some things so they were perfect. I have tried a few product badges apps, but none were as good as this and the customer service was the best I have received on shopify 5 Stars.

We have used this app since long time actually as it was already before the only one with easy functionality for NICE and ELEGANT labels. All other apps seemed to have some predefined graphics, which might be catchy but for us did not really match with our identity. Also automation is of high importance to us and flexibility with settings therefore. The interface itself has evolved over time to be very modern and really nice to use as well - thus certainly on par as a top choice for labels for ease of UI and professional functionality. I think there is really nothing comparable. Also - customer service always excellent and friendly with any issues and questions solved without effort :)

This app is fantastic! It provides everything I'm looking for and the support team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
