They were very detailed and made sure we understood the process as well as how the billing worked. This app takes care of Shipping Protection and has amazing customer service - both for technical support and when customers have to actually make a claim. They are fast and communicate everything well. We discusses a few things, amongst them also a customization of the widget and they were accommodating and quickly implemented it. Highly recommended!
