Unable to unsubscribe. Getting billed even after uninstalling app. Can't find option to unsubscribe on the shopify app store Also when I called customer support they say they can't locate the app and will get back. Have not heard back from them

Shiprocket Smart EDD has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The pincode-based delivery estimates are highly accurate and instantly build customer trust at checkout. It reduces “When will I get my order?” queries and helps lower cancellations. The widget is clean, fast, and easy to customise to match our branding. For Indian e-commerce stores managing multiple pincodes, this app gives a clear advantage. Overall, it’s reliable, simple to use, and definitely worth installing.

Very usefull app, which helps the customer to know when they can get the delivery, and accordingly make a decision to place the order. Helping in reducing RTO.
