We switched to AddressHero after using another address validation app, and the difference has been night and day. The dashboard is clean, the analytics are actually useful, and setup was incredibly easy. We finally have real visibility into address corrections, error rates, and the impact on support tickets. Sometimes replaces correct address with incorrect. So you get the same level of incorrect addresses but paying for it... Probobly works better for other areas
