We've been extremely happy with Shipturtle since implementation. The setup process was seamless, with little to no issues, and anything we did flag was resolved promptly by the team. We're on the Ultimate plan, and it's been well worth it. Special mention to Mohit, Mitva, Disha & Nisarg, who have been essential in keeping our operations and marketing running smoothly. They're genuinely open to our suggestions, but also confident enough to push their own recommendations when they know better — several of which we've adopted and which have made a real difference to our results. Shipturtle is an app and package that does exactly what it says on the tin, and honestly exceeds expectations. Would highly recommend it to anyone setting up a multivendor marketplace, or to anyone generally looking for a smooth, well-supported experience with their software.

If you're building a B2B marketplace on Shopify, Shipturtle is fantastic. We're using it to power Rail Depot Direct — Australia's first dedicated online marketplace for the rail industry — and it's been central to getting us from concept to launch. The multi-vendor functionality handles vendor product listings, commission structures, and order routing really well — things that would otherwise require expensive custom development. The Shopify integration works well throughout. What sets Shipturtle apart is the Ultimate Plan operations support. The team brings genuine knowledge and experience in marketplaces while helping you configure the platform for your specific use case. The Performance Marketing add-on has been great. They've optimised our site for both Google and AI-driven search, and the content they've produced has driven real organic traffic. For a brand new platform in a niche industry, that's no small feat. If you're serious about building a marketplace on Shopify, Shipturtle is excellent.

Steer away if possible. Slow and sluggish servers, takes ages to load from Europe. Vendor dashboard that they claimed was customizable is impossible to customize, scaring away vendors that give it a try. During the talks before going for ShipTurtle app, they told us that we can have onboarding customized however we wish, that also proved to not be possible. The app seems to be very old and inflexible. Tried very hard making a project with them, whenever you send a message to project leader they reply with hallucinated GPT answers or that they need time to answer. They claim to have implemented project tasks that they never touched, its like working with a company that lives in alternate reality. Had to abort the project and make our own multivendor app.

Shipturtle solves a very peculiar and needed niche of being to make your shopify store into a marketplace. I would highly recommend for someone who wants to make their store into a platform. The platform is truly seamless, and the store to store sync is phenomenal. But, by far, the best thing about them is the team. They are unarguably, the most cooperative, supportive, and helpful people. Which shows their commitment to startups and young businesses.
