Anfangs zufrieden, inzwischen leider stark nachgelassen Wir waren mit Shirtigo zu Beginn grundsätzlich zufrieden. Die Abläufe wirkten zuverlässig und die Zusammenarbeit war unkompliziert. Leider hat die Performance im weiteren Verlauf deutlich nachgelassen. Teilweise kam es zu sehr langen Bearbeitungszeiten, die Druckqualität war nicht mehr durchgehend zufriedenstellend, und auch bei Retouren gab es zunehmend Probleme. Besonders kritisch ist, dass einzelne Retouren offenbar nicht mehr nachvollziehbar bzw. auffindbar waren. Der aktuelle Punkt, der für uns nicht akzeptabel ist: Der Retourenservice wurde komplett gestoppt, ohne vorherige transparente Kommunikation oder einen klaren Hinweis. Dieser Service wurde von uns gebucht und ist Teil der erwarteten Leistung, wird nun aber faktisch nicht mehr erbracht. Gerade für ein E-Commerce-Business ist ein funktionierender Retourenprozess essenziell. Wenn dieser ohne Kommunikation eingestellt wird, entstehen nicht nur operative Probleme, sondern auch direkte Auswirkungen auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Vertrauen. Insgesamt sehr schade, da der Start positiv war. Aktuell können wir Shirtigo in dieser Form leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Shirtigo Cockpit App ist wirklich sehr gut umgesetzt und die Integration mit dem Shopify Shop läuft reibungslos! Für Fragen und technischen Support ist das Shirtigo Team jederzeit offen und hilft einem auch sehr gut und sehr schnell weiter! Die Produkte und die Druckqualität von Shirtigo lassen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen! Für mich ist die Branding Option ein absolutes muss und auch hier lässt Shirtigo keine Wünsche offen! Weiter so Shirtigo Team!

Wir arbeiten seit fast 2 Jahren mit Shirtigo zusammen und könnten uns keinen besseren Partner vorstellen. Die Qualität der Drucke und Materialien sind top, wir bekommen dafür nur positives Feedback unserer Kunden. Die Shopify Integration funktioniert absolut problemlos, neue Artikel sind schnell und einfach angelegt. Das Support Team ist sehr freundlich und konnte uns immer weiter helfen. Die Produktpalette wird stetig mit neuen Artikeln erweitert. Gerade zur Weihnachtszeit haben die Jungs und Mädels richtig Vollgas gegeben. Die meisten Bestellungen gingen innerhalb 1-2 Werktagen (!) raus und kamen alle pünktlich an. So macht das Spaß! Wir können Shirtigo nur weiterempfehlen.

Yes, it's easy. Still, I do not understand all the positive reviews. I am truly disappointed by this app as Service is beyond unreliable. There was no notification when items went low or out of stock or are even no longer available. We got to know when a customer ordered. Latest issue: an item for an order from yesterday is to be restocked only days after Christmas. My assumption: Shirtigo is not able to deliver reliable print on demand, as they supposedly do not hold any stock. Due to operating on demand themselves, they do not get or share any pre-warning if items are out of stock, which happens a lot. For us this means 100% of products ordered so far were delayed or no longer available - those were not too many, but all different items. I guess you can imagine what an issue this could be for a small store with mainly first time customers atm. Currently looking for a new partner.

Developer repliedHello "feels like yoga" team, Thanks for the feedback, which we take very seriously! First of all, I would like to say that we always have all the products in our range on stock. We keep large quantities of every product in our range in accordance with the forecasted demand. Otherwise it would not be possible at all to run a print-on-demand company seriously. We currently have almost 98 percent of all offered product variants (more than 2000) on stock. Despite the Christmas season, our average production time is 2.3 working days atm. We are aware that fast delivery times, in addition to very good printing quality and an easy integration, are the most important criteria for our partners. The fact that we receive a lot of positive reviews (not only here on Shopify) is precisely related to the fact that we offer a good POD service, take feedback seriously and are aware of the drivers of success - even if, as in your case, not everything always goes smoothly. I am very sorry about that. But even then, we can communicate together, explain causes of problems and find a better solution for the future. We want to grow together with our partners and continuously improve our service in order to enable shops to offer great products online. That is our main goal! I checked your 4 orders. In fact, 3 of these orders had an unexpected delivery bottleneck. One product was a discontinued product, the announced delivery of the raw goods for the current order was delayed by 2 weeks ... This is also very annoying for us, but such significant deviations are difficult to anticipate. I agree with you that this can be communicated in a more user-friendly way. Wir nutzen Shirtigo von Anfang an und sind vor allem vom Support begeister. Shirtigo ist hilfbereit und kulant. Vielen Dank an Tim, der auf Facebook wirklich immer ein offenes Ohr hat.

Absolute Katastrophe! Shirtigo schreibt von einer Lieferzeit von 3-5 Werktagen, in der Regel sind es aber 14 Werktage. Ich hab nur Probleme mit diesem Unternehmen und empfehle jedem, einen anderen POD Dienstleister zu suchen.

Die App und die Dienstleistung von Shirtigo ist wirklich super. Einfache Handhabung und Synchronisierung der Wunschprodukte vom Cockpit in den Shopify-Store und immer einen netten Kontakt! Super! Danke!

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der neuen API-Schnittstelle zu unserem shopify Shop. Also Anfrage an den Support und dieser hat sich superschnell der Sache angenommen und innerhalb weniger Tage ein Update eingespielt, sodass wir die Aktualisierung problemlos vornehmen konnten und somit wieder unsere Produkte synchronisieren konnten.
