Can you please stop billing me for this APP. I have written when I still had it installed to cancel it. I am not using it over a month and sadly you do not have a support number
10/10. Customer support was incredibly fast helping me tweak some of the filters to show specific variants on collection pages by color. App is beautiful and I love how simple it is. We tried 3 other apps before this one and I’m so happy we are with Varia.
Very helpful and responsive customer support! The app lets us showcase our many variant options on any of our collection pages, and has the ability to hide specific variants from collection pages once they're out of stock.
We've been using this application for nearly two years. It allows us to combine products that are similar but visually different. This application was exactly what we needed and has been great. When we updated our theme, we can into a problem with lazy load. They responded to our email within an hour with the fix already completed. Would recommend to everyone.
I echo other reviews by saying it does precisely what it intends to do... which is fabulous! (Even though the interface is a bit archaic and slow.) The most impressive aspect of my experience is the spot-on support from Adam. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and best of all, effective in troubleshooting. His fix also fixed another (unrelated) issue we were having. He earned "Hero" status from me today!
Fantastic app - just what was needed for anyone who sells products in different colour ways. The support from Adam has been outstanding -he replies immediately with solutions. Cannot rate highly enough and totally recommend.
Good app but very expensive. 4 Stars for the app, 1 star for pricing. It should be at most $9/month. I am sure someone else will make the same app soon, and everyone will switch to that new app. Hopefully, the developer of this app will realize this, and instead of earning from a few people, he would decrease the price to earn more money from more people.
We sell shoes, having all the colors show up on the collection page is key, many people see a red shoe totally differently than a black shoe, and won't even click without seeing the color they like. We also installed some other apps that conflicted with this one, one email to their support team and they modified the code to work with our other app - even though their app was not the one causing the problem. Amazing!
