Simple Alerts for Shopify has been an absolute game-changer for my store. The app works exactly how you’d hope — clean, reliable, and super easy to set up — but what really makes it stand out is the team behind it. They respond crazy fast, they’re genuinely helpful, and their customer service is 1000% top-tier. _ Any time I’ve reached out, they handled everything immediately, clearly, and with a great attitude. On top of that, I shared a feature suggestion and they didn’t just “take note” — they actually moved on it right away and got it scheduled for the next update super quickly. That level of responsiveness and care is rare. _ Also: even if the price seems a little pricey at first, I can honestly say it’s worth it. If you’re planning to sell online seriously — especially if you’re working with a streamer — this app will pay for itself. Having real-time alerts and clean notifications makes a big difference for conversions and hype. _ They also have really solid, self-explanatory help/docs, so you can get a lot done without needing support… but if you do have questions, they respond super quick and help you out the right way (not generic copy/paste answers). One more tip: read through what each plan includes. This plugin does exactly what we were hoping to do - allow our partners to have alerts for when a product is purchased using their discount/coupon code. There were a couple of customization features that we were hoping to have available, and while they were not initially, the developer is incredible & took swift action to implement these changes very quickly. Excellent support & an easy to navigate interface - 5 stars from us (would be more if we were able to!)

Firstly this app is so easy to use, even for beginners with no idea how things work! Secondly, the support and customer service is above and beyond! I contacted them about wanting my "cart message" to appear on stream and they literally BUILT IN THAT FEATURE within a couple hours! I asked for help with text appearance and they immediately adjusted how it functions. Simple Alerts really care about the customer & viewer experience, are always wanting to improve the app, and handle feedback really well. Honestly, switched me from being hesitant about the cost, to now understanding it's worth the money to have developers like this helping with your needs! Thank you so much!

Just want to say if you were used to using the "Stream Alerts" app before, the developers have pretty much abandoned the project. Thankfully, this app popped up on the store a few weeks ago and works amazingly. Also, the lead developer is super communicative and already has implemented some amazing changes in to make the app even better. I am extremely impressed. Thank you!

The app works great and I was able to get a custom metafield integrated into our alert after a few quick hours of contacting the developer. Excellent customer service!
