Great app with amazing support! Makes customer reordering seamless. Highly recommend!
They reply quickly, but product knowledge is lacking. Often need to ask for proper follow-up,and it seems they would simply tell you "to uncheck the button display" so the customers won't have issues with it. It used to be a good app, but times have changed. Hope this will improve over time.
Having recently moved from Prestashop to Shopify one thing my customers missed was the re-order function. The Reorder Master app from HulkApps does this. They also helped me install the app which was much appreciated.
The team is very professional. They helped me with translation and fixed some issues I had with another app I used to apply discounts. Everything is working well now, Thank you so much !
