I installed this app on my Shopify store, but unfortunately it didn’t work properly (or at all). I initially reached out through the support tab within the Shopify app and didn’t receive any response. A week later, I tried contacting them via the email listed on their website, but that email address doesn’t even exist. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to use a tool and can’t get any support, especially when there’s no clear way to get in touch. That said, I’m still open to using the app if it can be made to work. If someone from the team is able to get back to me and help resolve the issue, I’d be happy to update this review.
I needed a specific redirection logic for my store, and Jack from the support team implemented a custom solution just for me within hours. It works perfectly now. If you are looking for a social login app with a developer who actually listens to you, this is the one. 5 stars!
I’ve been using the HIKO Social Login app for over a year, and it continues to impress. The support team is consistently prompt and responsive, making setup and troubleshooting a breeze. The integration of Apple and LINE has been invaluable for catering to SEA audiences, where having LINE is essential. The app is incredibly reliable and makes social logins seamless, enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, it’s reasonably priced for the features it offers, making it a great long-term investment for any business looking to simplify user authentication.
We switched to this app after we had issues with the previous one. This app worked from day one and Jack fixed a small problem we had immediately. He even pointed out an issue in our theme not connected to his app! You can't expect more!
there is no reason not to install this APP to your shop I tried other options, but this one is the best, the instalation is a breeze (took me 3 min), it looks nice in the website and it works perfectly!
Excellent App, worth way more than the subscription fee. Thankful to Jack and his team members (if any) for making this app, and for being available to fix any issue we face. Keep it up!
