subzero subscription is hand down the shopify app we have added . setup was effortless, and whenever we had a question, George was quick to jump in with Clear solution. This App is light weight but powerful, we now run all of our recurring sales through it without issue. Couldn't ask for better combination of functionality and support
SubZero Subscriptions has been a game changer for our store. The installation was quick, and the functionality worked immediately without any headaches. What impressed me most was the flexibility. We were able to create subscription options that matched our exact needs instead of forcing our business to adapt to the app. George was incredibly responsive and walked us through some advanced features we hadn’t even considered. I’ve tried a few subscription apps before deciding on SubZero. The setup was smooth, the features are thoughtfully designed, and everything integrates seamlessly with Shopify. What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. The team (especially George) went above and beyond to answer my questions quickly and even helped with some custom configurations for my store. It’s clear they’ve built the app to be simple, flexible, and user-friendly without the extra bloat you find in other solutions. Pricing is fair, the functionality is exactly what I need, and support has been exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution!
I recommend this app, but there are some basic features the app does not offer. For example, there is currently no easy way to see the total number of shipments set to go out in a given month. My business keeps track of how many boxes we need to pack each month with hand-made spreadsheets of customers set to receive shipments that month. The developers seem helpful and open to suggestions, so I'm hoping our feature requests will be added to the app soon! Overall, we are satisfied with the capabilities of the app as it stands.
Absolutely abismal !! After being a customer for years, the service has severely deteriorated. Incredibly poor support... many emails sent over months.. Occasional responses that are never followed up on or seen through, and the issue is never resolved. They have also just doubled our monthly fee with no notice whatsoever! BE WARNED... these guys cannot be trusted. Needless to say, in the process of finding another provider
