I just installed Spocket and so far I’m really impressed! The platform is easy to navigate, and I’m enjoying exploring the products and suppliers available. Looking forward to spending more time with it and seeing how it works for my store.

This is a shocking app. Stay away from Spocket. Their is ZERO SUPPORT. 1 in 10 things work. their automation with Shopify is the worst i have ever experienced. Their is barely any automation, Spocket expect you to do all the work manually. And they LIE LIE LIE all the time. I met with their dev team 4 months back who told me they would make the improvements to ensure that price updates are synced through to shopify automatically. They told me it would take 1 week to be up and running. That was 4 months ago, still waiting. Whenever a product has a price update, they expect you to manually reimport that product back into your store, which means it is removed from your store and then resent to your store. So if you optimized the title and description, youll have to do it again and if you have thousands of products, you will have to click buttons thousands of times just to resend the same product you already sent sometimes 5 time already. Its pathetic. If you optimise the titles, they also say their system loses connection. Their service team says they will attend to problems, and week go by and you hear nothing. Its a company in complete dissaray. Their is no leadership. il slowly transiting to other companies and removing spocket completely. Then they send back long winded replies just to look like they care. Then they offer you 6 months free, thats because they legitmately CANNOT CHARGE for their platform, because not much works

I’ve been using Spocket for a while and have had a good experience overall. It’s easy to navigate, finding products is straightforward, and managing suppliers is pretty convenient. It’s not perfect, but it definitely makes the dropshipping process simpler and saves me time.

You charged me twice to start a trial to join you, and your onboarding does not let me enter the plattform, refund me my money and stop vibe coding your stuff, idiots.

Honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with Spocket so far. It’s made finding products and adding them to my Shopify store a lot easier, and I really like not having to spend hours looking for suppliers on my own. The Shopify integration is pretty smooth, and having different suppliers to choose from is definitely helpful. There are a few things that could still be improved, but overall I’m happy with it and would definitely recommend giving Spocket a try if you’re running an online store.

it great to see 85% of users give a 5 star, i sure cant. the app works well enough but when i tried to cancel charges kept coming. and for that they get 1 star. if you cancel charges should stop. sure i get it if cancelled in middle of a cycle but 2 additional months of charges unacceptable. and good luck trying to find the right dept. to dispute charges.

DISHONEST BILLING FRAUD & FAKE REFUNDS - AVOID! Do not download this app! I canceled my free trial well before the deadline and received confirmation, but Spocket's automated system illegally double-debited my bank account anyway on July 23rd (Charges: N165,039.13 and N109,559.13). After leaving a bad review, a support manager emailed me begging me to remove it, providing a fake refund receipt for $78.99 to trick me. The money never arrived in my account. Instead, their system just hit my card with a THIRD unauthorized fraudulent debit today (August 7th) for N69,024.02! They are actively draining my bank account despite written cancellation proof. My bank has officially flagged this merchant (+16285007722) for card fraud and has initiated an aggressive multi-chargeback investigation. Absolute scammers! I will not take down this review until every single kobo is returned to my account. If you don’t wnat to loose all your money in your account don’t use this app
