Swipe is the worst app. They haven’t been able to resolve my issue for the last 2–3 months. I’m facing a GST rate issue, and they still haven’t fixed it. They only keep giving excuses, and their support team is completely unhelpful and unresponsive.

Swipe is incredibly well integrated with Shopify. It instantly fetches order details and updates the dashboard automatically, which saves a lot of manual work. One of the best features is how seamlessly it pushes GST returns directly to the portal. The platform is also very easy to understand and manage, especially when it comes to tracking expenses, categorizing transactions, and keeping finances organized. As a single-person brand, Swipe has genuinely helped me stay on top of my accounting and maintain better control over my business finances.

I’ve been using the Swipe Billing App for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. Managing billing, stock, and accounts has become so effortless. When I subscribed to Swipe, I chose the annual plan because it clearly stated that there was a Shopify integration at a reasonable price. For the first few months, I was able to automatically generate invoices through Shopify without any issues. However, now I'm being told that only the first 100 users were allowed to generate invoices and that I was "lucky" to have created over 2,000 invoices within the "free limit." This limitation was never mentioned at the time of purchase, and now a key feature has been removed despite my active subscription. It feels incredibly misleading and unfair. If this was a known restriction, it should have been clearly communicated upfront. This feels like a bait-and switch tactic to get users to commit to a long-term plan. I hope Swipe will reconsider this decision or provide a fair resolution for existing subscribers who signed up under different expectations.

As a clothing brand, We find this accounting and invoice automation app for Shopify to be an invaluable tool for streamlining our financial processes. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to manage accounting tasks, and its seamless integration with Shopify ensures that our invoice creation is automated and hassle-free.

I’ve still got a lot of learning to do with swipe but from what I can see it offered a wide range of helpful business selling tools and syncs really well with Shopify. I will give a special mention to the online support I have received so far which has made my learning a lot easier and all issues I have had so far have been resolved by Swipe team members contacting me personally to resolve issues. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in my 8 years working in India.
