Best auto-tagging app in my opinion, and I tested a lot. Lots of options and works well. Many apps focus only on orders and customers, but wit Leap Auto Tags you can also set up tag rules for products, which is what I was looking for. The setup can sometimes seem a bit complex, but with Anto's help, everything is working properly now.

Excellent customer service! I've been using Leap Auto Tags for a few years and just had my first issue pop up. I emailed support and they were truly outstanding. They found the root cause and fixed it with just that one email. No endless back and forth with unhelpful responses that I've grown so used to with customer service other places. If you're looking for a tagging app, definitely use this one!

Great app with even better support and customer service. If you need robust tagging of orders, products, and or customers, you will not be disappointed with this app. They have probably any combination of variables for conditions you would ever need, and if not they help figure out a solution with you. Anto went above and beyond in being pro-active with identifying potential conflicts, or conditions that may have been interpreted incorrectly. Thanks!

Great App! And amazing customer support!

Very powerful app, easy to use, can use other apps to acheive similar outcomes but the Auto tag UI will save considerable resource time. Most solutions can be built in seconds, other apps can take hours to work out how to achieve the same aim, i've scoped out the possibility of switching and very quickly realised this it by the best option out there and worth the usage cost. The support team are also very helpful which you dont get elswhere, im sure with their can do approach there wouldnt be anything you cant achieve.

This app is very useful; we use it for all our first-time customer tags and different customer profiles. Along with orders that have expedited shipping, so we can get those out asap. Theres just so much you can do! Customer service responds fast and efficiently, and they even create tags for me. As a small business, we have a lot on our plates 24/7, so the fact that I could tell someone what I wanted the Tag to do and they just created it for me was AMAZING! Took one thing off my to-do list.
