The pricing is much more reasonable for my business, especially with multiple state filings, and the onboarding process has been straightforward. The TaxCloud team has also been responsive and helpful in answering detailed questions as I reviewed my state filings, transaction data, and reporting setup. Sales tax compliance can be stressful and expensive for a small business, but TaxCloud has made the process feel more manageable and cost-effective. Overall, I’m glad I made the switch and would recommend TaxCloud to other ecommerce sellers looking for a more affordable sales tax compliance solution.

Special shout-out to Alessandro on the onboarding team. Our setup was fairly complex (mix of SST and non-SST states, quarterly-to-monthly transitions, gap filings, and a semi-annual state that needed special handling), and he was patient, responsive, and thorough every step of the way. He made sure nothing slipped through the cracks during a process that could have easily gone sideways. The platform works seamlessly with Shopify, and the SST program benefits are significant if you're a remote seller. Highly recommend for any e-commerce brand scaling across multiple states.

We have a large ecommerce business that has to file taxes in many many US states. TaxCloud provides a superior service for much less than its competitors. Our reps are great and very thorough with their help, whether technical or clerical. They get my strongest recommendation as a US ecommerce and retail business.

We wanted to wait to write a review until after we had used this app for several months. We went through implementation with TaxCloud in February and have now had 3 months of successful tax filings. We've had a great experience so far. It saves us so much time and effort, and the fact that they integrate with SST makes it even more added value to us. Highly recommend.

We moved from another provider after they significantly raised their prices. TaxCloud is not only a better value but the interface is superior. They are a part of SST which streamlines filing for many states. The onboarding process was very easy with TaxCloud helping along the way.

We came from Avalara and the nightmare of how complicated the death by 100 different licenses. We were fully expecting to have some of the same games played by companies like this but after having our demo call. We were pleasantly surprised to see straight forward licensing and usage cost that scales. The onboarding team was great and very accommodating as it took us almost two months to get everything in place for TaxCloud to take over our sales tax filing. If you need automation for your taxes and returns, I would HIGHLY suggest checking out TaxCloud first before considering others.

I was determined to do all our tax filings myself, but I got overwhelmed with how every state is different and it took so much time that I really didn't have. I checked out several services and TaxCloud won, both with the service I received even before becoming a customer and in price. Onboarding was easy and now I can do all the jobs I can't farm out, without getting stressed about taxes hanging over my head. This sounds like a commercial but honestly it is exactly how I feel.

Been a good experience so far. Alessandro and Karolyn have been holding my hand through the onboarding process. I was previously paying 5x what they are charging to an accounting firm, so I'm really happy to be with taxcloud. That being said, I've only just finished the onboarding. I'll edit my review if I have a terrible experience in the future. but things are looking good
