I was having trouble getting the Terms and Conditions checkbox to appear on several of my digital products, and Zain provided outstanding support throughout the entire troubleshooting process. He stayed with me every step of the way, responded promptly, and patiently helped me identify the issue: some of my products had not been properly linked to the app. Once we discovered the problem, I got everything connected and functioning correctly. Zain’s patience, professionalism, and dedication made the entire experience so much easier. The app works wonderfully, and the customer support is exceptional. Highly recommended!
Really easy to set up and does exactly what we needed. We had an issue where the checkbox text was showing as white on white for customers using the Pay Now / Apple Pay / PayPal buttons, so we reached out to support and they customised the colours for us really quickly. Great app, great support. Recommended.
Had to get a solution to satisfy the EU withdrawal requirement for digital products to be exempt from this requirement had to have a consent/checkbox, this app did exactly what I needed. The app was very easy to install and set up. The customer service was able to check that it was working exactly how it should.
If you have a store that sells products that require customers to agree to your Terms & Conditions before purchase for legal reasons, then this app is what you need. I am now able to make users agree to my Terms & Conditions before they can checkout. Once they have agreed to the Terms & Conditions, that data is recorded against the order and the user is then able to complete the purchase. Great app and very responsive and helpful support. Highly recommend.
