Saying it's free. Then taking my e-mail and ask to accept their conditions for the tracking and marketing and then again asking 499$. It's not fair.
True Fit has been great so far - The app is super easy to set up, and we've received great support from everyone at True Fit when we've wanted to add more features. The app is already helping our customers find the right size and fit across our product line. Highly recommended!
Easy integration.
Our team had a seamless sales and onboarding experience with True Fit. Mital, in particular, was a thorough, responsive, and kind person to work with. So far, we're loving the product and very confident it will help us reduce returns and increase conversions.
Their onboarding experience is incredible. I got responses back in minutes and the implementation happened in a day! They were open to customizing the brands that make sense for our brand to have on the widget which was important to us. They also provided additional opportunities to leverage their platform to reduce our return rate. I would highly recommend this app and Serhat is the BEST on the team!
