This app is awesome and so is Reda! She responded promptly to my email and sent screenshots to help me better understand his to fix the issues I was having with my website. This is by far one of the best apps I've ever used, not just as an upselling app but for ALL apps I have ever dabbled with on Shopify. The user experience is so easy and enjoyable and I can see it already working for my store within 3 days of installing. I had some technical understanding to do so i raised a ticket and within a day, I had a 30 minute google meet with an actual person named Reda and he was super helpful. All in all I'm staying with this app coz it really works, is easy to use, is really beautifully made but above all, has great people behind it. I could not recommend it enough.

I have been using this app for my shop for some time and have been seeing positive results but then I found a minor issue that was affecting performance. Reda reached out to me and not only did he resolve that minor issue, he went over the entire account with me.. He found a few things that I have never even thought to look for to help sales and even helped with other issues that were not directly related to them and actually fixed them too.. I am amazed and speechless to his kindness and professionalism, "above and beyond" that was where he started, he took it even farther than that!!
