Excellent support! We had a technical issue with the app's scripts, and the support team was extremely helpful. They assisted us specifically with the technical side of things, which is rare to find with other Shopify apps. 10/10!

The upsides first: Great customer service! They're very quick to respond and always find a solution to my issue. I also really love the 'Category' feature for sub-grouping swatches on product pages. In general just very pleasant UI. The important 'product split' feature didn't work for my store, because lots of info I wanted copied over did not copy (including translations). I found it's easier and more reliable to just duplicate products in Shopify admin. Localization in general is quite troublesome in this app - every single translatable word is just placed in a very long list. If translations were placed within product groups, that would make it so much easier. I've had trouble getting swatches from this app to work well alongside the native swatches of my shop, and there were also some design changes I wanted to make, to padding and positioning in particular. Thankfully they are very skilled at customer service, so they helped me get it just right!

Easily was able to split products with multiple variants in whichever way I chose. Encountered a small hiccup and Tushar solved all of my issues quickly and promptly. For the price it is now an essential element of my online store saving me time and money. A+
