We've been using this app for years. We use this app to provide an easy option for our wholesale customers, as well as Volume Discounts to customers who purchase large quantities. It does have issues from time to time, but customer service is usually very prompt and has always helped us find a solution.
Excellent customer service from Hayden Hassan. He was extremely resourceful and wanted to help us. Its app is not 100% ideal for 2 reasons: if you have variants that must be hidden from different customer levels, and if your store is bilingual. The team has been quick to answer our requests and implement them. Overall, happy with the first few weeks utilizing this app.
We’ve been very happy with this wholesale pricing app. It’s easy to use, has a simple dashboard, and does exactly what we need. The customer service has been great and very fast to respond. The dev team was quick to get us set up and resolved a small coding glitch we experienced right away. We would definitely recommend this app, thanks WS Pricing Discount team!
Wonderful tech support and easy app to apply within the Shopify store. We have been using them for over 3 years, and have no complaints with the use and ease of having the wholesale option for our customers.
App constantly breaks. They fix it then it less than a week later it breaks again. Leaving groups of my customer base unable to order due to special pricing not being applied. It is beyond frustrating. PLEASE fix your app.
We spoke with Parth to set up the B2B store - the service he gave was exceptional - amazed in today's market such service levels are possible. The app is fabulous - not cheap but worth every penny - and with this support it is incredible. I highly recommend it to anyone who needsa B2B offering on their website.
