The app has many options to work with which we love. The customer service reps, Zach and Maria have been very responsive. We had an issue adding a product to the shopping cart once we added the Zapiet widget, but the team was able to create a fix and get us up and running in about a week. The AI tool was very detailed and responsive as well. We found answers to many questions while we were setting up the widget that actually worked. We'd recommend this app.

I used chat support. The agent had outstanding responsiveness, was very knowledgeable, and there was no language barrier. The issue was resolved while the chat was in progress. Truly the best chat support experience I've ever had. Update from 6/26/2025 review: had what I was told was a rare error in the app. Chat support got right on it. The issue was escalated and solved the next day. The app continues to do what it claims effectively. It's a little pricey, but when all is said and done, I wouldn't be able to accomplish certain tasks without it. Thank you, Allan! Update: 07/06/2026. Had an issue with a file that had been deleted and that broke the app. Billy tracked it down, fixed it, and confirmed the result. Well done, Billy. Thank you.

Love it, we had this idea where we wanted people to send us a picture for us to print on their tins, and it was a mess asking at checkout to send it via email etc etc. when i found out about product options, where you can simply upload the pic on the pdp!? amazing. great work again from the zapiet team.
