Badamsoft Product Exporter is a lightweight yet powerful tool that lets you bulk export product data from your WooCommerce store — perfect for backups, migrations, inventory management, price updates, feeds for marketplaces, or analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.

Build exports quickly in the dedicated admin screen (WooCommerce → Product Exporter). Choose fields from multiple groups (general, pricing, inventory, attributes, taxonomies, media), apply basic filters, and run exports in seconds.

A PRO add-on is available with advanced formats (XLSX, XML, JSON, TSV), visual condition builder, unlimited templates, scheduled/automated exports, media ZIP/cloud upload, ACF/meta fields, multilingual support (WPML/Polylang), and integrations (email, FTP, webhooks, Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3).

How do I export products?

Go to WooCommerce → Product Exporter. Choose fields from the left panel (drag or click), select format (CSV in free), apply filters, and click Export Now. The file downloads automatically.

Can I save export settings for later?

Yes — use the Save as Template button. Free version allows 1 template; Pro — unlimited.

What fields can I export?

Free: ID, SKU, Name, Prices, Stock, Descriptions, Categories/Tags/Brands, Attributes, Featured/Gallery Image URLs.
Pro adds: ACF fields, any custom meta, translations (WPML/Polylang).

Does the plugin support scheduled exports?

Scheduled/automated exports, incremental mode, post-actions (email/FTP/cloud/webhook) are available only in the Pro version.

Can I export product images?

Free: exports only image URLs in CSV columns.
Pro: full media export — ZIP archive, upload to cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3, Yandex.Disk), local folder, custom filenames.

Is the plugin compatible with multilingual sites?

Multilingual export (separate columns or files per language for WPML/Polylang) is available in Pro.

Does it work with large catalogs?

Yes — tested with thousands of products. For very large stores (>50k products) we recommend PHP 8.1+, 512+ MB memory limit, and using chunked processing (Pro setting).
