The byNeural WooCommerce Integration plugin connects the byNeural AI Virtual Assistant platform with WooCommerce, enabling seamless integration between the two systems. This plugin serves two main purposes: providing limited access to WooCommerce data and embedding the Virtual Assistant widget into the WordPress website.

The first function of the plugin is to provide secure access to specific WooCommerce data, such as product information and shipping statuses, from the byNeural platform. Only public product details that are already visible on the WooCommerce website are accessible. To access shipping statuses, the order ID and an access key must be provided, ensuring that only the customer who placed the order can retrieve this information. The plugin requires the WordPress user to enter an access key in the plugin’s settings panel. This key is used to authenticate and enable secure access to WooCommerce data exclusively via requests that include the correct key in the URL. This design ensures privacy and exclusive use of the information.

The second function of the plugin is to embed the byNeural AI Virtual Assistant widget into the WordPress website. The plugin injects a script hosted on byNeural’s server, enabling the Assistant to be displayed and used directly on the site.

– This plugin connects to the byNeural platform to configure and manage the integration with WooCommerce. When users click the “Plataforma byNeural” button, they are redirected to the external URL: https://byneural.ai/dashboard. No data is automatically sent to the byNeural platform by this plugin when clicking the button.
