CommerceBird puts two AI agents on your WooCommerce store. A support agent answers questions, looks up orders and hands hard cases to your team as tickets. A sales agent helps shoppers choose, fills their cart and takes B2B quote requests.
Shoppers talk to them in a modern chat widget on your store. You create, train and manage each agent in the CommerceBird app, and this plugin connects them to your store: it shows the right widget on the right page, adds products to the cart, and keeps your tickets in your own WordPress.
One agent for support, one for sales
Each store can have a support agent and a sales agent. Each one has its own:
- name, logo, brand colour and greeting
- suggested questions and chat placeholder
- instructions, so you set its tone and rules
- actions: what it is allowed to do
- knowledge: which of your Q&A entries and store pages it may use
- chat widget, with its own Live switch
You choose where each widget appears: on every page, on shop and product pages, or on My Account and the help pages you pick. When both agents could appear, the sales agent shows on shop pages and the support agent everywhere else. Neither appears on cart or checkout.
Support agent
- Answers product questions with live prices and stock from your store
- Looks up order status safely: only with the order’s billing email, or automatically for signed-in customers
- Answers policy questions from your own Q&A and store pages (returns, shipping, warranty and more)
- Accepts photos from shoppers, for example of a damaged product (up to 3 per message)
- Creates a ticket for your team when it can’t help, or when the shopper asks for a person
Sales agent
- Recommends products and compares them side by side
- Shows product cards with an “Add to cart” button
- Sends ready-made cart and checkout links, so shoppers go straight to paying
- Captures leads (name, email, company and what they’re looking for) and emails them to your sales team
- Takes B2B quote requests: it creates an order with the status “On quote” for you to review and send. The agent never sets prices or discounts.
A helpdesk that lives in your store
Tickets, replies and photos are stored in your own WordPress, so you keep them even if you stop using CommerceBird.
- Answer tickets in the CommerceBird Helpdesk, with the chat transcript, the shopper’s photos, internal notes, status, priority and assignee
- Or answer them in WP admin under CommerceBird › Tickets
- Your store sends every ticket email itself, in your WooCommerce email template and in the shopper’s language
- Customers reply on a private ticket page on your store; signed-in customers also find their tickets under My Account › Support tickets
- Photos are kept private, hidden from the Media Library, and deleted for good when the ticket is solved
- Leads and quote requests from the sales agent are listed under Helpdesk › Leads
Test first, then go live
Try each agent in the Playground before you switch it on. Playground leads are marked “Test”, and quotes there are only previews, so nothing reaches your orders.
Speaks your shoppers’ language
The chat widget comes in English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch and Portuguese and follows your store’s language. The agents answer in the language the shopper writes in.
Costs under control
Agents use your CommerceBird AI credits. Set a daily limit per agent, and built-in rate limits and bot protection keep abuse from eating your credits.
Run your whole WooCommerce business from one place
The agents are part of the CommerceBird platform, which also gives you:
- Multi-store dashboard — manage all your WooCommerce stores from one fast interface
