Od 19. lipnja 2026. svaki WooCommerce shop koji prodaje potrošačima mora imati vidljiv gumb za jednostrani raskid ugovora sklopljenog na daljinu. Tako traže izmjene Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, a kazne za neusklađenost idu do 50.000 eura po prekršaju. Problem je u tome što standardni WooCommerce to ne nudi. Opcija otkazivanja narudžbe nije isto što i pravo na raskid, jer to pravo vrijedi i nakon dostave robe.

Ovaj plugin rješava upravo to. Dodaje vašem shopu sve što zakon traži, bez diranja koda i bez komplikacija. Načelo je jednostavno: ako je kupac ugovor mogao sklopiti jednim klikom, mora ga moći i raskinuti jednako lako.

Što plugin radi:

  • Vidljiv gumb “Raskid ugovora” na svakoj prihvatljivoj narudžbi u korisničkom računu (Moj račun).
  • Dvostupanjski proces raskida: klik na gumb, zatim obrazac s potvrdom, bez slučajnih raskida.
  • Automatska potvrda kupcu na e-mail s točnim datumom i vremenom primitka zahtjeva, što predstavlja zakonski trajni medij.
  • Obavijest vlasniku shopa o svakom novom zahtjevu, da vam ništa ne promakne.
  • Evidencija svih zaprimljenih zahtjeva u administraciji, u izborniku “Raskidi ugovora”, korisna kao dokaz usklađenosti.
  • Podrška za goste bez registracije: kupac unese broj narudžbe i e-mail, pa dobije obrazac.
  • Izuzeća od prava na raskid za personalizirane proizvode i robu izrađenu po narudžbi. Izuzima se na razini kategorije, pojedinog proizvoda ili ručno po narudžbi.
  • Bez dark patterna: jasan natpis, bez odvraćajućih poruka i skrivenih koraka, točno kako zakon i nalaže.

Rok za raskid namještate sami, a po zadanom je 14 dana od dovršetka narudžbe, koliko zakon predviđa za fizičku robu. Plugin je kompatibilan s novim načinom pohrane narudžbi u WooCommerceu (HPOS) i radi i s registriranim kupcima i s gostima.

Za koga je. Za sve trgovce u Hrvatskoj koji preko WooCommercea prodaju potrošačima, dakle fizičkim osobama koje kupuju izvan poslovne djelatnosti. Ako kupac kod vas može naručiti bez provjere poslovnog statusa, obveza gotovo sigurno vrijedi i za vas.

Plugin je tehnička pomoć pri usklađivanju i ne predstavlja pravni savjet. Za tumačenje vlastite situacije obratite se pravniku.

Mora li moj shop imati gumb za raskid ugovora?

Da, ako prodajete potrošačima, dakle fizičkim osobama koje kupuju izvan poslovne djelatnosti. Obveza vrijedi od 19. lipnja 2026. za sve shopove koji sklapaju ugovore na daljinu s potrošačima.

Koji je rok za jednostrani raskid?

Za fizičku robu rok je 14 dana od primitka robe, uz uvjet da je kupac bio uredno informiran o tom pravu prije kupnje. Ako predugovorna informacija nije bila pružena, rok se produljuje na 12 mjeseci i 14 dana.

Radi li plugin bez WooCommercea?

Ne. Plugin zahtijeva aktivan WooCommerce jer se oslanja na njegove narudžbe i korisnički račun.

Podržava li izuzeća za proizvode po narudžbi?

Da. Personalizirane proizvode i robu izrađenu po narudžbi možete izuzeti na razini kategorije, pojedinog proizvoda ili ručno na samoj narudžbi.
