10 / 10Ratings
No one has rated this plugin on WordPress.org yet. That is a statement about the ratings page, not about the plugin — plenty of well-kept plugins never collect them.
Stop clicking into every WooCommerce order to find product details, customer information, or order notes. OrderFusion Lite puts the missing information directly in your orders list — no code, no configuration files, no new admin pages.
Filter orders by product, customer, status, and more
Combine multiple filters and see results instantly. Filter WooCommerce orders by product name, SKU, UPC, EAN, or GTIN. Narrow results by order status, shipping method, payment method, total amount range, date range, customer name, or sales channel (online store, POS, REST API).
All filters apply via AJAX — the page doesn’t reload. Type a product name and watch the list update in real time.
Add useful columns to the orders list
Show Products, Customer Note, Phone, and Email directly in the orders list. No more opening every order to find basic information. Toggle columns on and off from Screen Options. Drag to reorder.
Export filtered orders to CSV
Export selected orders or all filtered results to CSV. Batch processing handles thousands of orders without browser timeouts. Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or LibreOffice.
Filter first, then export — get exactly the data you need without cleaning up a massive spreadsheet afterward.
Built for WooCommerce stores of any size
- HPOS compatible — fully tested with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and legacy post-based orders
- Multisite ready — settings save separately per site, activate network-wide if needed
- Per-user settings — each team member saves their own filter and column preferences
- No front-end impact — runs entirely in WooCommerce admin, loads nothing on your store’s front end
- No external requests — no tracking, no analytics, no customer data leaves your server
Uses native WordPress controls
Manage everything through Screen Options — the same interface you already use for other WordPress admin pages. No separate settings page to learn. Toggle filters and columns, adjust pagination, reset to defaults.

OrderFusion Lite uses standard WordPress and WooCommerce APIs. It works alongside other order management, shipping, invoicing, and payment plugins. It reads order data but does not modify it.
Filter and column preferences are stored in dedicated plugin database tables, per user. Display settings use WordPress user meta. Everything persists across sessions and doesn’t affect other users on the same site.
