You can import WooCommerce products from a spreadsheet by preparing your product data in a structured format and uploading it through the importer.
Export or create a spreadsheet containing your product details such as product name, description, price, SKU, stock status, categories, and images.
Save the spreadsheet as a CSV file.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Ultimate CSV Importer → Import/Update.
Upload the CSV file and choose WooCommerce Products as the import type.
Map the CSV columns to the corresponding WooCommerce product fields.
Run the import process.
The plugin will automatically create WooCommerce products based on the data in your CSV file. You can also import product categories, images, attributes, and other product details depending on the data included in your spreadsheet.

Sharing must allow Anyone with the link (viewer). If access is restricted, the importer can’t fetch it.
