Amazing app. My customers love having the option to make order edits. I recently asked if there was a 'Which of the following led you to purchase today?' survey option on the order confirmation page (there isn't), but without hesitation, the team promised to create one for us - incredible service, absolutely blown away - thanks guys :)
Very robust app and features at very reasonable price point, especially compared to other order editing apps. Support and developers have gone above and beyond to add specific customizations we needed for our business.
The app has been very helpful for our day-to-day operations, especially for invoice downloads, upsell & cross-sell flows, and order cancellation management. The interface is easy to use, and the support team is responsive whenever needed. Overall, it has helped streamline multiple workflows for our Shopify store.
We had an issue during our peak season, and the support team stepped in quickly and helped us navigate through the issue at a crucial time. This app has really helped decrease customer service requests.
After spending days with another app similar to this, I gave up thinking what we needed couldn't happen. Within minutes, their team not only walked me through, but volunteered to set up totally for me. This app does everything we needed and will free so much time spent supporting our clients while allowing them to have full control. I love that I could pick and choose which options worked for us. DO NOT HESITATE to get this app! It's AMAZING and their TEAM is PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROVIDED more than we expected. Grateful for them!
Easy to setup and implement, I should have done this WAY SOONER! Out of the box it had exactly what I needed to eliminate 80% of my customer service calls for order editing. For the rest I needed something they didn't have and the team implemented a new feature within a week to get exactly what I asked for. Amazing app, outstanding customer support and well priced.
The cancellation controls alone save us hundreds in lost shipping costs.
