This is a great app that allows you to make more of your customers happy! In the past, our team struggled with keeping up with customer support emails when customers emailed in right after purchasing, needing to change their address or size. Installing order editing immediately cut down our customer support tickets by at least 50% overnight, since customers can make these changes themselves now. Our internal team is quite small, so the time saved + customer happiness is such a big win. On top of that, Jacques gets on a call with me before every drop to review our marketing strategies & clearly puts a lot of time and effort into making things go smoothly and we get the outcome we want. That kind of service is unheard of, and we really appreciate the effort and impact it's had on our business. Order editing is now a must have for us, my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!
