Seems to be a FANTASTIC app for people managing a large catalog with products varying greatly in weight! It takes time to dial everything in, but once you do, you're golden. I don't know how i would manage my store without ASM! The support is also great!

ASM has been the only app I've found that provides us with exactly what we needed. Our products ship in multiple, heavy, and large packages, which proved to be difficult to charge our customers for shipping correctly on the website. Support is very quick and responsive when needed. Highly recommend this app if you want to have more control over your shipping charges to your customers.

We launched a new ecommerce site and implemented Advanced Shipping Manager for our rate calculator. ASM is a great tool to apply all the intricacies of a complex shipping operation. The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Highly, highly recommend. We've been an Advanced Shipping Manager customer for a decade (previously on another platform) and over that entire time, whenever we've had an issue (we've had very few), Dan and his team have been extremely responsive, helpful, and quick with a solution. On top of great service, the app itself is great. Highly customizable to meet any complex shipping need. If you're considering something else, don't. Try this app first, I'm confident you'll happy you did.

I honestly don't like leaving reviews willy nilly, but these guys deserve 5 stars and more. They're always on top of issues to resolve. ALWAYS very knowledgeable, and ALWAY ready to help as much as possible with lots of enthusiasm. The app is amazing, does exactly what it needs to, and there are countless features which I haven't even delved into. Definitely one of the first apps I'd install on a new store.

Outstanding. Had been reffered to another popular quoting app and the prices were outragous. ASM (as we call it) is fantastic and their support is wonderful. We have had some basic custom work done and its made evertyhing so much easier to keep in sync.
