Using SendCloud for years. We couldn't do without! Only reserve is about Pickup points that is sub-optimal to be fair (specifically for the customer, in the checkout - We know there is some compatibility things due to Shopify...).

Sendcloud is een top verzendplatform waarbij onze orders supervlot verwerkt kunnen worden. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en ze kijken constant uit naar manieren om hun werking en service nóg beter te maken. De klantenservice is ook super, vriendelijk en vlot!

Using Sendcloud smoothens logistics and saves so much time. It is a very user friendly platform with great customer service. I do wish tickets were solved faster, but this is mostly up to the shipping carriers. Works very well with Shopify, I can certainly recommend!

Good platform and offers many useful features. I particularly like the shipping rules option, as it provides a lot of flexibility in achieving what I need.

Sendcloud has become an essential part of our daily operations. It makes managing shipments incredibly easy, and being able to work with multiple carriers from a single platform saves us a lot of time. The app is reliable, easy to use, and has greatly simplified our shipping workflow. The only reason we're giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that customer support could be faster when resolving tickets. Improving response and resolution times would make this a perfect app. Overall, we highly recommend Sendcloud to any Shopify store.

5/5 – Reliable shipping solution we keep coming back to We've been using Sendcloud for over a year now and the experience has been consistently positive. Setup was straightforward, the interface is intuitive, and day-to-day operations run smoothly without much friction. We're now expanding with a second webshop — and Sendcloud is the obvious choice again. That probably says more than anything else.

La app es estupenda para enviar tus paquetes. TIene muchas integraciones con carriers; es intuitiva y fácil de usar. Lo malo es que continuamente presenta fallos y tienes que reportarlos para que alguien los corrija. Después de tres años con ellos, solo la sigo usando porque la competencia no ha creado una app mejor.

Sendcloud integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Your orders are automatically synced with labels prepared according to your preferences. You only have to click "create label" and you're done. Not giving 5/5 because as a starter selling physical products (low margins) I feel the lowest tier pricing is a bit steep. I would also very much like to use GLS as shipper but while it's listed as shipper it's apparently not available on my plan.
