With multiple UPS accounts and a USPS account, this application has easily saved us dozens of hours and many thousands of dollars by accurately selecting the correct shipping modality and faithfully transmitting the price to the customer. Before using this app, we were constantly losing money on shipping when the amount quoted to the customer was less than the amount we had to pay on the back end. Their support is amazing also - click a link, schedule a time (always tons of availability) and a super smart, knowledgeable, and helpful person joins the call. I've never needed more than 30 minutes with Support to completely configure a new carrier/box sizes/handling fees, etc. I can't recommend this app enough if you have multiple package sizes, a wide variety of shipping weights and distances, and multiple carriers. Insane value.

Great Support from the app developers. I needed to integrate with IndiaPost and within a very short duration they were able to pull it off. The entire journey was seamless, with updates at every stage. I'm now able to successfully print IndiaPost labels. Great work team!

Manohar was extremely helping onboarding me and getting my service up and running. Shopify won't separate packages of the same item, though we need it to! This fixed my problem and we won't lose out on shipping costs, now!

Excellent service, communication and follow-up from the support team. They walked me through every step of the setup, rate testing and next steps. The app itself is fairly straight forward and easy to use, particularly once you see it in action via a demo or onboarding support call. We have nearly 2,000 items with ranging from 4"x4"x4" parcels to 175 pound freight items and everything in between, including mixed carts. The app easily handles this and displays the rates that we want it to display for a wide variety of situations.
