Functions as expected, and when there were teething issues, the support staff are attentive, and timely. Thanks Umang, Anila nd team.
Support is non-existent. I reached out to support to assist with restricting "Add to cart" if no date is selected, and overnight support hardcoded the calendar to our store, forcing all products to use the calendar. Disabling the App did not fix this. After contacting support by email, Chat and WhatsApp, I have still yet to hear back from them after 5 business days.
We had a complex issue with a Vue.js app conflict on our Shopify store, and their team resolved it incredibly quickly and professionally. They immediately understood the problem, identified the root cause, and fixed the app override issue without disrupting our store operations. Communication was clear, turnaround time was fast, and the solution was clean and reliable. It's a huge relief to work with someone who truly understands both Shopify and modern frontend frameworks.
We have been using this app for a couple of years and we never had any issues in operation with it. The app is userfriendly for the operator as well as for the client. And on top the support is really quick, friendly and MOST IMPORTANT effective! 10 out of 10, would recommend!
Excellent delivery date and shipping app easy to use, reliable, and packed with useful features. It helps automate and streamline deliveries based on customer-selected dates. The support is outstanding. Anil provided fantastic support, especially with custom solutions and configuration. Fast responses, solid code, and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.
There was small fuctioning issue with the ui but in the app team supports well as soon as.... Thanks Umanga & Anil
I would just like to say this app works really well for my business but some parts are still American instead of UK which is where the business is based, for example : zip code instead of post code. The team at appjetty were extremely helpful when there was a bug on my side of the app and fixed it really quickly. Pratibha Nandi couldn't have more helpful and professional sorting my problem out.
