Our team wasted a lot of time setting up this app to our website. It does not allow customers to sign in to bid. Also customers can bid without adding a payment method, this means that they can backout of a purchase even after bidding. I don't recommend this app until it's been fixed.

Developer repliedHi there - Sorry to hear you had problems with our app. We've followed up over email to assist, but a few clarifying details for anyone that reads this review: 1. Our app does require a user to sign in to bid. This allows us to protect the buyers and merchants. You can see an example of this here: https://shop.raremarq.com/products/new-shirt?variant=52519168442641 2. Customers can bid without adding a payment method: this is correct. A sign in is required, but because of our integration required, we cannot require someone to add a form of payment. We do fix this by automatically creating the payment invoice and sending reminder emails to the winner of the auction. Lastly, we're one of the few apps that allows merchants to choose a payment window, and if the current winner does not complete payment within that time period, we can close out the current winner's draft invoice and automatically select the next winner. I normally list my special covers for a fixed price, but I recently posted what I knew was a "hot new title" at auction, and it sold for 3x what I would have listed it as. This shows what the market is currently paying, and was an awesome boost to my sales this week. PLUS since everything happened directly on my website, I'm not paying all of the usual "final value fee" and "fee X" and "fee Y", as well as waiting for payments to clear. Everything is clear and transparent and FAST...and I can trust a named buyer a lot more than I can "NoobSlayer958" on other platforms.
