Although we have only recently started using the app, we are already very happy with it. It helps us improve our customers’ experience on the website by giving them the option to sign up for “Notify me when in stock” alerts, which is extremely useful for both customers and our team. The biggest highlight for us has been the support team. Their support staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They assisted us a lot with the entire setup process, answered all our questions quickly, and made everything much easier for us. We are very grateful for their help and are looking forward to continuing to use the app.

Installed the app and it worked great, fast forward 30 days and it stopped working. Reached out to them for help and they had it fixed in no time! This has been a great option to collect emails and phone numbers from our customers. Most of these apps only allow you to collect emails

Responsive customer support when I wanted to modify the look of my coming soon badges on my site.

I am selling products that are available at a specific time, so I am using the Coming Soon Feature from the app. The app works well for this as products can be visible already in the shop. A feature that is not provided by Shopify natively. The support team is very responsive. For the moment it is no working for the sales Channel FB/Instagram. but the team promised they are working on this to add other sales channels.
