The customer support team is terrible, and the product has too many bugs! The moment you pay for their '3-month subscription', you lose all the tech support from them. You keep struggling to reach the POCs, to get their tech glitches solved, but it keeps on stacking on a WhatsApp group with 40 other people, where no one cares to respond.

Extremely disappointing experience. They requested partner access to my business portfolio, claiming they would set up WhatsApp marketing messages, but then completely disappeared. After some time, I checked and found my WhatsApp Business account had been restricted within the portfolio. I tried reaching out through their WhatsApp group, but their team never responded. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend installing this app.

The product is good, helps with various features, the pricing can be a bit affordable , rest team is supportive and quick to resolve things

I have been using Bitespeed since November and they have helped me alot. The communication has always been fantastic and they have always guided me the right way. My ROAS is good and massively improved since switching. The onboarding was helpful and they set up all my flows, importing them from my original platform. They get back to me quickly and are always there to help when needed.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - KEEP AWAY. Whatever you do do not go with these. They will sign you up and then try to charge you more saying they need more money from you. I am a tiny shop. Also they hijack your Whatsapp number and ignore any messages to get the number off their system. BE WARNED ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I am reporting to Shopify to remove them.

They automatically debited money from my bank account without proper authorization, and when I reached out to them, they gave me nothing but false promises. They completely avoid taking responsibility for anything they claim they offer. Their "AI" services? Non-existent. I was sold on the idea of cutting-edge technology, but there was nothing delivered at all. I asked for a refund and, after months of follow-ups, they gave me a partial refund—hardly what I was promised. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and they seem to have no interest in supporting their customers once they've signed you up. No one responds after the onboarding phase, and it's clear they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs!
