This is a very handy app, a time-saver for many Shopify sellers. I met a small issue when modifying the custom CSS, and the support was on time and really helpful. Just checked other apps from this team, all look very useful as well.

The app was very easy to install and setup. We have used this on two of our shopify stores and one required a small bit of configuring to get just right. Ron helped out quickly and was able to complete a collaborator request quickly and resolve implementation very fast. I would suggest this app to anyone that needs a simple solution for the European Directive 2023/2673.

Hassle free - Is how i would describe the setup of this glorious little app. Was easy to install i think i had it up and running in under 10 minutes ( and i had a cup of coffee ) It may not be the most configurable that is floating around BUT it fulfills the new EU-Directive and have a lot of supported languages to do just that. I recomend that you give it a chance.

Great free app with very helpful and responsive support. The setup was very easy, and I had no issue following the steps to add the withdrawal form to my store. I did run into one small issue, but this was not a problem with the app itself. Support responded very quickly and explained where the problem was coming from and how to fix it, so I was able to get it working easily. I also looked at several other EU withdrawal button/form apps, and this one had the best functionality I found for free. It includes features like multiple language options, order syncing, and the ability for customers to select the exact items they want to return, including partial returns. Other options seemed to require paid plans for similar features, but this app is completely free and works very well. The form looks clean, fits nicely on my website, and is easy to use. I would highly recommend it, especially over other options where you have to pay to get the same functionality.

Very soon (19 June 2026) the EU Withdrawal button/link will become compulsory, so I looked for a very basic implementation for this functionality, and came across this BOO EU Withdrawal button app. It does exactly what it promises with easy implementation. At first it was a button widget only, but I wanted to use a link pointing to a Withdrawal page instead. With some feedback from my side and in turn very quick responses from BOO, I was all set and done (bicyquel.eu); BOO even expanded customisation options as per my request. As stated before, this app does what it is supposed to do, but the 5 stars are for the quick responses and excellent support.
