We have had Negate - Bot Protection for quite a while. We added the app originally to protect from Chinese bots that were creating a huge number of abandoned orders. Problem solved. Recently, we changed our website theme and then paused for a short period of time. When we came back, an influx of bots from Ashburn, VA, were skewing our traffic numbers. Our conversion numbers were taking a huge dive because of all of the China bot traffic.
