Works perfect and always helped me without any problems
I had a problem with account set ups and Roudy was super attentive with resolving and clarifying my issues. Even hoped on a google meets call to explain everything to me, which i never have experienced it with any other custommer support agent/platform. 10/10.

I came back to Chargeback.io after taking a break from using the service, and I was honestly pretty lost with the setup and re-enrollment process. I had a bunch of questions and was probably more paranoid about getting everything right than most people. Their customer service was excellent. They replied very quickly, helped me work through the issues, handled most of the setup for me, and kept confirming everything so I knew it was being done properly. Really helpful team, very responsive, and they made what felt like a confusing process much easier. Very happy with the service and support. Does exactly what it says. Caught an alert early enough for us to refund the order and avoid the chargeback entirely. Easy setup, responsive support. Worth having in place before you need it rather than after.
