Honestly these guys are great. Super quick to respond whenever I reach out, like genuinely fast, not the usual "we'll get back to you in 48 hours" thing. They always know exactly what they're doing, sharp every single time, and they actually deliver on time. The detection rate has been really solid for me and the service works fully, exactly the way it's supposed to. No chasing them down, no half-answers, just straight to the point every time. At this point it lowkey feels like a premium service, in other words its a a luxury lol. Completely satisfied across the board. We’ve had a good experience with Chargeblast so far. Setup was fairly straightforward, and it’s been helpful in giving us more visibility into chargebacks and prevention efforts. The team has also been responsive whenever we had questions. Still evaluating long-term impact, but overall it has been a useful addition to our workflow.

What a HORRIBLE app! This app does NOT stop chargebacks and the customer service is absolutely terrible. The chargeback setup takes months to finally get setup and even then you realize they only gave you setup for ONE card type. For example you need a different setup for visa, MC, discover, amex etc. You have to beg them for help and they are not clear on instructions. Setting this up is not easy so if you are a beginner to this type of app, find another app with better customer service. I installed this app and have been trying to get help to set this up for 2 months now....safe to say i now have 2 disputes and a 30% revenue reserve thanks to their lack of a functioning app and customer service. BEWARE

Excellent experience with Chargeblast so far. The onboarding was smooth, support was very fast, and Russen was extremely helpful throughout the entire setup process. She answered all my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. The app gives great visibility into disputes and chargeback handling, and the integration with Shopify has been seamless. Highly recommend for any ecommerce brand looking to better manage chargebacks and disputes.

Spoke to Qi over on X, and he set me up with his lovely staff, Noura and Sheen., had a call with Noura, who was amazing and gave me good rates for the alerts. The service itself is very good, and the alerts catchment rate is far better than the previous provider i was with. Highly rated!

Super quick support on slack, if you have any questions they help straight away. Alerts until now work well. It is cheaper per alert and no ongoing subscribtion compared to other option we looked into it and it has a lot of useful integrations.
