Just works, nice and easy. We noticed that VAT was being added twice once an order was synced into RM. Emailed Tony and he sorted it out very quickly. Makes international shipping very easy if you're new to it.

This has solved the problem of integration with Royal Mail, which as a UK based business felt like a big omission in Shopify. No more manually entering addresses! The orders import perfectly, not just the essentials like recipient address and weight, but also all the products so you can easily assess the best way to send. Tony has been great helping with some initial setup queries and it works well.

It works an absolute treat, has really taken a lot of the manual processing that was previously done and optimised my shipping pipeline. Excellent and responsive support, I really wish I had used it before.

Does exactly what it says it will. Postly is saving us so much time (and stress) compared to our previous "solution" and is about a third of the price. We had a couple of teething problems, but Tony got back to us immediately and all is now running smoothly. Highly recommended.

I have been chatting with the developer Tony who is so helpful! We have recently been trying out Postly to integrate with Click and Drop and honestly I cannot fault it. He answered questions very fast and is currently helping me fix an issue whereby all parcels are pulling through as large letters not small parcels. Outstanding service from day 1 and would highly recommend this app for anyone in need of an API for click and drop!

We have just begun using in prep of our launch as wanted to find an app that would help us when it came to managing orders which this app certainly does updating in Royal mail making our postage procedure much easier and better for tracking. We have been using this app for a few months now, so feel that now is the right time to provide a review! We are so grateful that we came across this app just in time for the busy Xmas period, the fact that you don't have to manually enter tracking numbers anymore is amazing. Just mark as despatched on Click & Drop then sync on Postly. It has literally saved us so much time as everything syncs across Shopify, TikTok and Click & Drop. Tony is very helpful and patient so any issues/questions are sorted and responded to very quickly. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this app, and hope it never stops running, we cant go back now!

Postly does exactly what it says on the tin. It helped me greatly reduce labour and faff when processing my order. What I loved most about the app was the support that Tony offered.
