Aplicativo está fora do ar desde o dia 08/02/2024 quando mandei email para o suporte porém até o presente momento não recebi nenhum retorno.
Hoje é dia 04/02/2025 e estou sem vender nada desde o dia 21/01/2025, isso porque esse APP parou de funcionar, ou seja, quando o cliente vai para o pagamento o APP informa que não consegue calcular o frete. Já enviei várias mensagens pedindo ajuda e ninguém fez nada. Assim, classifico como péssimo o APP
Este é o app must para usar Shopify no Brasil. Funciona mesmo, e o atendimento do Gustavo é ótimo, considerando que quase todas as lojas do Brasil rodam com este app. Indispensável!
O app resolve tudo que sua loja precisa em questão de frete, jadlog, correios e outros. O mais fantástico é o atendimento do suporte, e mais que isso, da parceria dos envolvidos para com os clientes do app. Aprovadissimo!! É com esse tipo de gente que dá gosto trabalhar!
O app é bem intuitivo e fácil de mexer. Tive dificuldade ao configurar fretes diferentes por conta da minha loja ser um marketplace e, por isso, requer uma configuração diferente e mais trabalhosa. Porém a equipe está me dando uma super ajuda e estão sempre à disposição.

Excelente! Fiz todo calvário de Correios e inclusão de fretes, de capitais e interior. Mais de 8 opções por região. Até em uma busca descobrir o app do Gustavo :) Acabei de instalar e testar. Maravilhoso.
Aplicativo parou de funcionar, estou a 2 dias entrando em contato com o suporte e ninguém responde. Nao nenhum número de contato, somente 1 e-mail, e o chat no app que ninguém responde. Um ABSURDO.
